Where can the orders be shipped to?

As a budding startup, we are currently focused on providing seamless and expedited shipping exclusively within the United States. While we are excited to have interest from all over the globe, our current resources and infrastructure limit us to serving customers in the U.S. at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and appreciate your understanding as we work towards expanding our services in the future. How long will it take to deliver my package?

Our store’s order processing time ranges from 1 to 2 business days. Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (HKT), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (HKT) on Friday will be processed and shipped in the following business days (postponed for holidays).

If the order processing time exceeds 10 business days without special notes, we offer two options:

  1. Refund directly without shipping.
  2. Arrange shipment as soon as possible and offer a $5 coupon as compensation.

We currently only provide DHL EXPRESS for all orders, which takes about 2-5 business days. Therefore, the total delivery time is generally between 3 to 7 business days.

Who will pay for shipping?

We support DHL EXPRESS now and offer free shipping on orders over $29.99 (inclusive). For orders less than $29.99, a freight charge of $4.99 applies.

Who will be responsible for sales tax?

Customers are not responsible for any taxes; all taxes are borne by us.

How do I track my order?

What if I don’t receive the products for a long time?

First, confirm whether your receiving information was filled in correctly:

  • If incorrect: You bear responsibility.
  • If correct but still undelivered more than 60 natural days post-shipping: You may choose either a refund or reshipment of products.

What if the products are lost in transit?

While we’re not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit, we’ll assist you as best as possible in resolving these issues with our carrier partners like DHL EXPRESS Service! Contact us immediately via phone/email provided earlier so together find a satisfactory resolution!
